Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App") and the services we provide (the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
- Use the App to transmit any harmful code or malware.
- Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent.

How to Buy on Tack Box
1. Create an Account
Download the Tack Box app and sign up. Add your preferred payment method under “Settings.” This ensures a smooth checkout process.
2. Browse & Search
Use the app to explore listings by category, size, brand, or location. Save your favorites or set alerts for new items you’re looking for.
3. Check the Details
Tap on any listing to see full photos, condition notes, price, and shipping details. Review the seller’s return or trial policy before purchasing.
4. Purchase or Make an Offer
You can buy at the listed price or submit an offer (if the seller allows it). Once your payment is processed, we hold the funds securely until the order is complete.
5. Track Your Order
After the seller ships, you’ll get tracking info right in the app. Watch your order’s journey from their door to yours.
6. Receive & Inspect
When your item arrives, inspect it promptly. You’ll have three days to open a dispute in the app if it’s damaged or not as described.
7. Leave Feedback
Once everything’s good, confirm receipt and leave a review for the seller. This helps build a trusted community.

Read descriptions carefully and ask questions through the app if unsure.
Keep all communication and payments inside Tack Box to stay protected.
For saddles or big-ticket items, check whether a trial period is offered.
How to Sell on Tack Box
1. Create an Account
Download the Tack Box app and sign up. Add your payment details under “Seller Settings” so you can get paid once your item sells.
2. List Your Item
Tap “Sell” to start a listing. Add clear photos, an honest description (brand, size, condition, any wear or defects), and set your price. You can also select if you’ll accept offers or allow a trial period for saddles.
3. Set Up Shipping
Choose how you’ll ship your item. You can use our built-in shipping labels or handle shipping yourself. Make sure your shipping weight and dimensions are accurate.
4. Communicate with Buyers
Respond promptly to questions or requests for more photos. All messages should stay inside Tack Box for your protection.
5. Pack and Ship
Once an item sells, package it securely with padding or boxes, attach the shipping label, and drop it off with the carrier. Add the tracking info in the app.
6. Get Paid
We hold the buyer’s payment safely until the item is delivered and confirmed. After three days (or once the buyer confirms), the money moves from Pending to Available. You can then cash out to your bank.
